Comes to the battlefield at the beginning of the game. Owner or target opponent must choose one:
• pay {3}, to special cast 3 artifacts without paying the mana cost.
• pay {10}, to special cast all spells from his or her library with a mana convert cost 4 or less

All creature spells under the owner's control have Hex proof, Vigilance and lifelink.
