The Pick of Doom

The Pick of Doom is a legally distinct item
that grants its holder expertise with the lute instrument if they do not already have it already. You can use this item to play some rockin' jams and cast the Greater Restoration spell at it's lowest level. Once
you do, you cannot use this ability again
until you complete a long rest.
