The Pinball Wizard

At the beginning of your upkeep, The Pinball
Wizard deals 3 damage to any target. If a player
was dealt damage this way, you may return up to
one target creature to its owner's hand. If a
creature with mana value 3 or less was returned
to its owner's hand this way, target opponent
discards a card. If a nonland card is discarded
this way, you gain 3 life and each opponent loses
3 life. If more than one player lost life this way,
you scry 1, then draw a card.
