The Power Nine

When The Power Nine enters or leaves the battlefield, do the following in any order:
•Take an extra turn after this one.
•Draw 3 cards or force an opponent to draw 3 cards.
•Force each player to shuffle their hand and
graveyard into their library and draw seven cards.
{bull}Add 3 mana of any one color to your mana pool.
{t}: Add {w}{u}{b}{r}{g} to your mana pool.
Any deck can only have up to 1 copy of The Power
Nine in it.
