At the beginning of your end step, if you did not attack and did not target an opponent or spell or permanent controlled by an opponent with a spell or ability this turn, choose two:
* Gain 5 life.
* Promote up to two target creatures.
* Search your library for up to two basic land cards and put them into the battlefield tapped.
* Draw two cards.
