The Prince Who Was Promised

When The Prince Who Was Promised enters the
battlefield, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of each endstep, if you are the
monarch, put a time counter on The Prince Who
Was Promised. When the fourth time counter is
put on The Prince Who Was Promised, search
your library for a legendary creature card and put
it onto the battlefield under your control, then
shuffle your library.
