The Problem Solver

Whenever one or more counters is put on a permanent an opponent controls, distribute that many +1/+1 counters among creatures you control. This ability triggers only once each turn. Remove a +1/+1 counter from a creature you control: Until end of turn, if that creature blocks or is blocked by a creature with equal power or toughness, exile both creatures.
