+3: Take control of a target creature until end of turn. Give that creature haste and vigilance. If this creature dies, give it to it's owner.
-2: Take control of 2 target creatures until end of turn, give them haste and vigilance. At your endstep, destroy one of the creatures.
-11: Permanently take 2 target creatures from the battlefield or graveyard and put them onto the battlefield under your control.
