Flip X. Choose up to two target players.
Search your library, hand, and graveyard for up
to 2 non-creature artifacts with converted mana
cost of X or less per player.
•Put those cards onto the battlefield under those
players control. For the rest of the game,
those cards are treated as if owned by the target players.
{3}{t}: Target player may search their library for a
noncreature artifact card, reveal it, and put it
into their hand. That player then shuffles.
