The Red Lute

(Requires Attunement by a Bard)
You may cast each spell once per day, using your spell casting ability and spell save DC: Dragon's Bane, Fly, Scorching Ray, Dragon's Breath, Protection from Energy (Fire), Summon Draconic Spirit. Using the lute to these spells you impose Disadvantage on Dex saves.
Breath Weapon (Red Mana Only): You create either a 15ft Cone or a 30ft Line that is 5ft wide of Fire, each creature in that area must make a Dex save or 6d6 fire.
