The Red Scare

When this card enters the battlefield, each player
who controls a red permanent gets a communist
counter. During each player's upkeep, if he or
she does not have a communist counter, each
creature that player controls attacks a player
with a communist counter this turn if able.
Creatures controlled by players without
communist counters cannot attack players
without communist counters.
