Whenever a creature an opponents owns deal excess damage, The
Redeemer deals 1 damage to that opponent.
{4}{b}{r}: Choose target opponent. At the beginning of their next
end step, each creature they control that didn't attack fights
another creature they control that didn't attack. You choose the
targets. Activate only as a sorcery and only once per turn.
