The Remonstration Bureau

The Remonstration Bureau was an assassination organisation founded by the infamous Mrs Foyle.

For a price, the bureau would kill any individual
almost anywhere in space and time. She used the
labyrinth she had discovered earlier to distribute
her assassins through history.
