The Reset Clock

When The Reset Clock enters the battlefield note all
permanents on the battlefield and each player's life total.

{t} Exile all permanents that were not noted and return all permanents that were noted to the battlefield (enter the battlefield effects do not trigger for these permanents) each player's life total becomes equal to the life total noted for that player, exile The Reset Clock.
