a card at random.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player puts a red enchantment token of passion
onto the battlefield with "Sacrifice this enchantment:
Draw a card. At the beginning of the next end step,
discard a card.".
At each player's endstep, if that player has no
cards in their hand, The Revel deals 3 damage to
them.
