The Reverclock

When the Reverclock enter the battelfield, put a
dark haze counter on three nonland permanents.
During each player end step, if this player
control a permanent with a dark haze counter he
choose one:
-Exile this permanent.
-Loose 4 life.
{t} if there is no more haze counter on the batelfield, draw a card then exile the Reverlock.
