"Whenever you would place a -1/-1 counter,
stun counter, or hit counter on a creature an opponent controls, instead place 1 of each." and "Whenever an Outlaw you control deals combat damage to a player, you may remove all Hit counters on creatures that player controls, then deal X damage, where X is the number of counters removed."
