The Rising of Cthulhu

Each player draws a card. Each opponent mills
two cards. Players play with their hands revealed
until the end of game. Then, you may put a
permanent card from a hand onto the battlefield
under your control.

the beginning of each of your upkeeps, copy this spell
except for its epic ability.)
