Add 1 Rumbling counter every upkeep.
You may use Rumbling counters for the following:
• Remove 3 counters and destroy target permanent.
• Remove 5 counters and create a token Titan
Shifter. (Attack, Beast, Collosal, etc.)
• Remove 10 counters and cast a Legendary Titan shifter from your hand.
{bull} Remove 20 counters, You win the game.
