The Scholar

REVEAL {5}: Exile the top card of each player's
library.
Whenever your commander deals combat
damage to a player, exile the top card of that
player's library.
You may cast cards exiled by the Scholar and
you may spend mana as though it were mana
of any color to cast those spells.
