Whenever a creature you control with haste
deals combat damage to a creature, capture the Intelligence.
(When you capture the intelligence, create an Intelligence
artifact token. It has "This artifact enters with three time
counters on it. If another player deals combat damage equal to the
number of time counters on it to you, or captures the intelligence.
The Intelligence transfers to them. If the Intelligence has no time
counters on it, whoever controls it wins the game.")
