The Second Coming

Each player gets 3 Devotion Counters. When a non- token permanent leaves the battlefield, that cards owner may put a Devotion counter on it. If you control no creatures, destroy all creatures, enchantments and artifacts then return all cards with devotion counters on them to the battlefield.
