The Senate

If you control the creature with the greatest
power you vote twice.
At the beginning of your upkeep, starting
with you, each player votes Death or Taxes.
Each opponent sacrifices a creature for each
Death vote. Create 2 colorless artifact treasure
tokens with "{t}, Sacrfice this artifact:Add one
mana of any color to your mana pool." For
each Taxes vote.
