The Siegebreaker

Many evils have floundered and died while
trapped on the wrong side of this shield. Near
unbreakable, it was forged for the Dragon
Wars that erupted across the Northern Valley
near the end of the 3rd Age.
This shield will protect you from any area of
effect that originates in front of you, causing you
to only take half damage if you fail to save, and
no damage if you save sucessfully.
