Whenever The Silvermist Usagi deals combat
damage to a player, reveal the top card of that
player's library. If that card's converted mana cost
is less than or equal to the number of creatures
in your party, exile it, then you may cast a card
with equal converted mana cost from your hand
without paying it's mana cost.
