The Sparkforge

Converge - The Sparkforge enters the battlefield
with a Spark counter on it for each color of mana
spent to cast it.
{p/c}{p/u}{p/b}{p/r}{p/g}{t}, remove a Spark counter from this
card: Target permanent becomes a planeswalker
with loyalty equal to its mana cost in addition to
its other types. It has "-X: deal X damage to
any target" and "+1: each player draws a card."
