The Splitter of Holes

At the beginning of your upkeep destroy
the nonland permanent with the lowest converted
mana cost. If a non-creature was destroyed this
way, deal damage equal to The Splitter of Holes'
power to that permanent's controller. If a creature
is destroyed this way, put a +1/+1 counter on The Splitter of Holes. When it dies, each player sacrifices a number of lands equal to its power.
