The Storm

The Storm enters the battlefield with ten Storm counters on it.
The Storm may be the target of attacks, spell or
abilities as if it were a planeswalker and
Storm were Loyalty counters.
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a
storm counter from The Storm. Then, exile the
top cards of your library until you exile a vampire
card. You may cast it by paying life equal to its
mana cost rather than paying its mana cost. Put
the exiled card on the bottom of your library.
