The Straw Man

Announce - Until your next turn, each creature
your opponents control must attack you if able.
You may activate this ability only on your turn.
Victory - You win if you are announced and if you
are the first player to leave the game. You may
not concede the game to meet this condition. If another player leaves the game before you do,
you win if a source you control causes you to lose
the game.
