The Tea Act

Choose target card name. Whenever your opponent plays a card with the chosen name they must pay {1}.
The Tea Act was not actually a tax on tea. It actually
made the cost of tea lower, by giving the British East
India Company a monopoly. This meant that the Americans couldn't have smuggled tea anymore so that
they had to pay the tea tax that was part of the
Townshend Acts.
