Ninjutsu {1}{u}{b}{r}
Each non-Ninja card you own with converted
mana cost 3 or less not on the battlefield has
ninjutsu. The ninjutsu cost is equal to its
mana cost reduced by {2}. This effect cannot
reduce the mana in that cost to less than
one mana.
