Ritual of Negation — {3}{w}{u}: Destroy each nonland permanent your opponents control with a Mark of Negation counter on it. Then, exile the top card of each opponent’s library. For each card exiled this way, you may cast it without paying its mana cost if it has a paracausal counter.
