The Thief-Guild Master is all colors at all times.
Creatures you control have changeling. The same
is true for creature spells you control and creature
cards you own that aren't on the battlefield.
It's useless to try and put a bounty on his head. He is
the man of a thousand faces, and not even he knows
his own identity.
