Whenever a player resolves a spell, put a time counter on The Time Eater. When the
twelfth time counter is put on The Time
Eater this way, end the turn. At the start of
the next turn, remove all counters from The
Time Eater and you get an emblem with "Creatures you control get +1/+1."
