The Timeless Halls

When The Timeless Halls enters the battlefield,
each player draws three cards and then shuffles
their library.
At the beginning of each players upkeep, they
add six mana of any colour to their mana pools
and they draw an additional card.
Each player may look and play the top card
of each players library at any time.
