The Toa Nuva

Whenever a spell you cast would target a creature
you control, copy that spell for each creature you control that spell could target. Each copy targets
a different one of those creatures.
Whenever a spell an opponent casts would target
a creature you control, counter that spell unless
its controller pays {x}, where X is the number of creatures you control.
