Whenever you gain the Upperhand transform
The Torrential Surge into Torren, Water Waker,
each opponent places one flood counter
on any land you don't control. (Lands with flood counters on then are Islands in addition to their other
types.)
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell look at the
top three cards of your library, put one of them
into your hand and the rest on the bottom in any
order.
