BRAVERY stratagem or use any rule that allows
for rerolling Morale test while in Dread Range.
•Once per game, at the start of a battle
round after the first, select a second Harbinger
ability (from the same battle round) after
choosing your first. This choice is not affected
by the previous turn's choice and does not affect
future turn's choices.
