It's ya boi - When The Traumatizer enters the battlefield each opponent votes for Dab up or Nod, for every Dab up vote you and voting player make a treasure token, for every Nod vote you and the voting player mills a card.
Tit for Tat - Whenever One or more artifacts enters the battlefield under your control you may have target player choose to create a treasure token, if they do that target player mills 3 cards.
