Hexproof
At the beginning of each upkeep, each player
exiles the top card of another player's library at
random. If it's a nonland card, cast it without
paying it's mana cost. If it's a land, put it on the battlefield.
Whenever a permanent enters the battlefield,
it's controller puts their hand on the bottom of
their library and draws seven cards.
