The True Self

When The True Self enters the battlefield
removes all kind of counters in all permanents
Neither players can`t add counters to permanents
and creatures can`t gain +X/+X from anothers
card effects except by their own effects
Neither player can`t play or cast cards from their
library, hand or graveyard wihtout paying it`s
original mana cost (Card with {x} are still playable)
