The Ultimate Clash

When The Ultimate Clash enters the battlefield, choose Phoenix, Dragon or Snake -
* Phoenix - You can cast permanent spells from
your graveyard.
* Dragon - Whenever you cast a spell, target
player loses 3 life.
* Snake - Creatures you control get +3/+2.
