The Unfamoble

Whenever The Unfamoble enters the battlefield your opponents discard cards until they have two in their hand.
Whenever an opponent draws a card, if that player has three or more cards in their hand, that player discard cards until they have two in their hand.
Whenever an oponent discards a card that player loses 2 life.
