+2: All enemy cards on the battlefield and those they play next turn gets silenced until end of turn; they are tapped and all abilities are banned.
-3: Untap all your cards and they gain -0/-10, if they do dies, put them backnext turn and you gain control of all enemy cards on the battlefield.
-10: Destroy target creature, create 10 copies of that creature with a +5/+5 counter, indestructible and haste that dies at the end of your next turn.
