The Unspokens Final Edict

Whenever Mana is generated put a Edict counter
on Unspokens Final Edict.
Whenever a player generates more than five mana
in a turn put a Doom counter onto Unspokens
Final Edict, then if there are three or more Doom
counters on it you may remove X Edict counters
from Unspokens Final Edict and create X 5/6
black and blue spider horror tokens with reach
and hexproof onto the battlefield.
