The Upside Down

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may flip up to two nonland permanents they control either face-up or face-down.
Face-up permanents can only be interacted with
by other face-up cards. The same applies to face-down permanents.
Spells may be cast as either face-up or face-down.
