The Upside Down

Both players shuffle all permanents and exiled and cards in the graveyard into their deck . Then Both players exile their current hands. then both players draw two cards from their deck. Two turns after this card resolved both players look at each others exiled hands and separates them into two face down piles as close to even as possible, then each player picks one pile from their exiled hand, the other pile they didn't pick goes to the opponent you performed this card with.
