When The Visitor enters the battlefield, you
may have up to X non-land permanents you
control phase out. For each permanent that
phased out this way, target non-land permanent
an opponent controls phases out.
Whenever a permanent an opponent controls
phases in, that player may pay {1}. If they don't,
you draw a card.
Your prayers were folly. Crops should not worship the
farmer.
