The Void

The Void costs {1} less to cast for each card in
exile.
Shroud
When The Void enters the battlefield, exile
all but the bottom 10 cards from all players
libraries and exile all cards from all graveyards.
Players skip their draw step and players can't gain
life. If a card would be put into a graveyard from
anywhere, exile it instead.
At the beginning of each players upkeep, that
player sacrifices a permanent or discards a card.
