The Void

Opponents can’t cast more than one spell each turn. Whenever a creature you control uses an ability, each opponent exiles the top two cards of their library. You may play cards exiled this way for as long as they remain exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast them. If an opponent would draw a card except for the first one they draw in each of their draw steps, they mill two cards instead.
